The customer service was excellent! Everything was spelled out to me upfront. You get what you pay for and if you're in an emergency situation and need a quick car to get you around locally, you don't have a credit card, are paying cash, this is where I would go. No the cars aren't new. The cars aren't immaculate on the inside. The cars have wear and tear on them, but I didn't have an issue with the car working and getting me to where I need to go.LOCALLY!
