Thank you to Bob, Don and the crew at Global Transmission. I'm sorry I didn't do a review sooner. I know I posted several places on Facebook thanking you. But, thank you very much for the great job that you did! Thank you for having a rebuilt tranny at Globe ready to go. I had it the next day. I shouldn't have waited as long as I did to get it to Globe. I also know you rebuilt the tranny you took out of my Yukon. The person that is going to receive that rebuilt transmission is going to be very happy with it. If and when that transmission is needed. There also going to have a great experience! Also, thank you for doing a lot of minor repairs and actually showing me and letting me know what actually has to be done. Went for my 30-day recheck on the transmission and everything was great! M

When the transmission in my plow truck burnt out. They had me back up & running in 2 days. The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. All their transmissions are backed with their 3 year, unlimited mile warranty.

My wife's car had a transmission issue. I called Don at Global to have it towed there and check it out. He checked WHILE I was on the phone with him to see if the issue was covered under warranty, which didn't even occur to me. It was covered and he suggested I bring it a dealership and have it repaired under the warranty. Called dealership and all is taken care of. THAT'S CUSTOMER SERVICE AT IT'S FINEST He didn't have to do that. Need I say more about Global Transmission ? Honesty and reliable service. Thank you, Don for your help !

I had a great experience here. Don answered all my questions and calmed my nerves as transmission work isn't a fun experience! He worked with me and worked out other issues I was having with no issues. I would recommend this shop to anyone and everyone. Amazing!!!

Great honest service. Brought my S2000 in for a possible front seal leak, was recommended by another shop. Ended up being a loose fill bolt from a recent service at a different shop. Received complementary diagnostic service and clean up of the undercarriage. I appreciate the honesty and will definitely return if I need work done in the future!
