Gloss Auto Wash & Detail

I wish I could put this with no stars Since I started getting my vehicle washed here, I’ve had three complaints in the last month and a half The first complaint is I purchased the total glass which is $33 a month which I got a discount for the first two months because I signed up so it would’ve been half the price so I come in one day and I think I’ll pay the $12 to get my with my doors cleaned and so forth yet the people that are drying and cleaning the cars used filthy dirty, rags and smeared all the mud all over my car and I had to go in and help myself and pick up their rags and start cleaning what they didn’t clean properly The second incident was yesterday I came in through the wash laid in the evening figured I’d get my total wash thought everything was great of course it was in the

Not only was the "detail" a failure, it left my vehicle in a significantly worse and potentially dangerous condition. Interior Damage/Mess: The interior, including the leather seats, steering wheel, and plastic dashboard, was completely coated in a heavy, greasy residue/gloss. This was not a "detail"; it was as if the interior was lubed up. This gloss was not listed or requested as part of the service and made the steering wheel unsafe to grip. Exterior/Glass Failure: The windshield after the wash was worse than when I dropped the car off, heavily streaked and blurred. I paid $120 for a express detail, the exterior was not done well. There was a lot of hard water lines on the right side of the car. The bumper/undercarriage of the car was left extremely dirty. The interior wash was for more disappointing as they did not do multiple things listed online. The dusting/sterilizing was either done very poorly or not at all with marks and dust being everywhere on the dash and around the center console area. All that was done on the interior was picking up of trash. I could have paid 21$ for the wash and cleaned the trash out of my car and got better results then this. I am very disappointed in the service I received.

They were very informative about my questions before they put my protective film on car. Did the job in quoted time and texted me when it ready. Walked me around and gave me instructions on care for first weeks. Great crew and the price was reasonable since it has a lifetime guarantee on the film side.

I was excited to try them out. I paid for the car wash for exterior and vacuum service interior on floors and seats. These photos show my results. :(
