Glotfelty Tire Center Morgantown

Had a great experience today. Got a set of 4 10 ply all terrain tires and a front end alignment for less that 1000 bucks! Excellent customer service and I was in and out in about 2 and a half hours. Will definitely be returning. Also the couches in the waiting room are very comfortable.

Amazing work! After having a semi puncture tire they had a new tire order for me and put on my car in under 24 hours! They also allowed me to keep the old tire as it was new and gave me a phone number to contact for patch work for that tire. Happy with the service after hearing not so good things about other companies in the area. Workers were very kind. I also did not get over charged with labor prices, they quoted me for the tire and that was the final price.

I had a horrible experience with this place. Called on a Monday and Scheduled a appointment for Tuesday at 2 for a Front end Alignment. My Son shows up early at 1:30 for his appointment. They tell him his appointment is tomorrow at 2. That is impossible because I would not have agreed to a appointment on Wednesday. It had to be done Tuesday. I called them and the guy said it was accidentally written in for Wednesday and they were booked for today. So I told them don't worry about it. I would not recommend this place for nothing.

I cannot say enough good things about Glotfelty. I rarely leave reviews but after years of 5 star service by them I figured I should go ahead and leave one! I go through tires like nobody’s business and they have helped me out in a pinch more times than I can count. They’re always more than fair with their prices and if there’s anything they can’t do they’ll point you in the right direction. As a single woman, this is the only place I know I can always go without asking having to call my dad to make sure I’m not getting ripped off lol. They are truly kind & honest people. 10/10

If I could put negative stars on here I would. I took my car there a few weeks ago for an oil change and tire rotation. Since then my car has been overheating and not running properly. Turns out the oil was never changed and the coolant tank in my engine was DRY AS DRY CAN BE. For as many good reviews as this place has, I expected much better service on my vehicle. I will never take my car to this place again and I do not suggest you bring your car here either.
