I would not suggest doing business with GM repair I dealt with Scott the communication we did have never had a price attached to. It told me to drop my car off at 8 o’clock appointment which she was not there so I waited. They told me he’d be there in a little bit and give it a diagnostic and then call me. I didn’t get a call till 3 o’clock in the afternoon And he let me know that work had already been done. He added a mass airflow sensor for $460 never did I hear a price until it was time to pay one of the employees had me sign something for vehicle information and my information and then when I got there, he showed me a paper that had a lot more filled out on it then it did when I signed it I called him out on it and told him this is blatantly fraud. (This post will be long but I'm trying to Warn People and help them Don't do business with these 2 companies) My husband got scammed by Larry from West Coast Mufflers and he Referred his Buddy Scott from GM Repair Center of Roseville to my husband which we found out they are working together. Larry diagnosed our truck and told my husband the 3 codes that was wrong with it and pretty much told my husband he has a Buddy Scott from GM Repair Center of Roseville is a really good guy and is reasonable on his prices. My husband thank Larry for being honest with him and he highly appreciated that he was helping us out and TIP him a $100. GM auto repair will now be my go to, as a woman we tend to not feel comfortable at most places, but these guys are amazing, they sit with you and explain step by step of the plan to get your car up and going again there is no hidden agenda! To have trust in a shop to me is huge! To find honesty and trust in a shop is far and few in between these days! Thank you GM repair for being the guys you are! I have used GM repair center for over 10 years and have never been disappointed. I have always found them to be fair and honest, providing service over and above other shops I've used in the past. I have had brakes, axles, CV boots, tires, oil changes, sensors, diagnostics (multiple times), fuel system repairs, evap system repairs, shocks, struts, and drive train repairs done on three of my vehicles and they've always been up front with me and never talked down to me because I'm not a guy. They are super busy though, so when you call, you'll probably have to leave a message. Give them time to work their magic ... You won't be disappointed. 👍🏻

Can’t recommend this team enough! Knowledgeable and seriously care about your car and its wellbeing, as well as yours! Attentive, knowledgeable, friendly and all around great guys! Won’t take our cars anywhere else!
