Happy new customer, I'm a new customer of GM Specialties, since moving to Roseville I was searching for a good and honest auto shop. I research several shops in the area and GM Specialties by far had the best reviews and after talking with KC I kind of knew this was the shop for me! In my opinion KC and his team our honest, caring and did a great job working on my car. I believe their prices are fare in terms of industry rates and at no time did they try to sell me any products or services not required in fact, KC pointed out a problem with my dashboard display and instead of trying to sell me on fixing it at his shop, he recommended another shop he uses for this particular issue, meaning saving me time and money. Great to work with made sure I replaced the most important parts that if I didn't would give me trouble down the road. Very good Communication and I asked a lot of Questions but was patient even sending me diagrams and parts list. Will definitely be going back.

I originally thought I had a bad starter motor and mentally justified an expensive repair job. They could have done it and got paid. But they went the extra mile and dug a little deeper and saved me more than $1000 on my bill. When’s the last time an auto shop did that?? Couldn’t be happier.
