This place is not based in any logical dimension of reality. Receiving is an asylum run by the inmates. You can speak with the employees, but why not talk to a wall? However, be careful not to disturb them while they try to decide if the freight is “ours”. Every company has rules, but none are as petty as GM’s or a 13 year old teenager. If you do deliver here: suspend disbelief, swallow your pride and try to stifle your tears or laughter because once you break through the bottom of the barrel, there is where you will find GM standards. The idea one of their employees goes home feeling satisfied by a job well done sends shivers down a normal person’s spine. GM is an embarrassment.

I went there for a pickup, door number was 18 to 20. The checking in lady was so rude, unethical, unprofessional, and was very loud. She tested my driver's language test, she was shouting at him and was super racial.

This place is not open 24/7 I got here around 7pm on a Sunday(tried to drop off early ) and they appeared to be closed. No security in the guard shack .. I’ll have to come back at 11pm (my delivery time) fingers crossed

Easy to find. Entrance is located off Kenmore. Check in at guard shack. They will instruct you where you need to go. All drivers and passengers must stay in the driver waiting area while being loaded and unloaded. Slide your tandems and place chocks on both rear tandems. Safety vest and safety glasses are required. Dress warm. Sadly, there is no heat in the driver waiting area or restroom. Prepare to freeze your tail off. Unloading was a very slow process. Multiple employees are idling and talking or on their phone and not being productive...

Theres alot of space to back in the docks and fast unload. 24/7 open.
