GM Wholesale Direct

Awful!!!!! DO NOT PURCASE FROM HERE. I would give zero stars if possible. I placed an order and didn't hear from this company for weeks, then they said my shipment was imminent and they would send me a tracking number. Five days later, still nothing. At the one month from ordering date, still nothing. I had indicated that my order should just be cancelled if they couldn't fill it. After more than a month, I ordered from another retailer. Low and behold, then next day I get an email indicating my order was shipped. I have contacted them again to get the order cancelled. This is the worse buying experience I have ever encountered. BE WARNED!!!!

Spent $1700 on OEM clutch/flywheel parts. Dual mass flywheel springs failed shortly after installation. GM Wholesale Direct has been unresponsive to my communication about claiming part warranty. Very frustrating.

Can't get someone that cares about doing their job on the phone, then they don't give the delivery driver all the parts that were ordered. Nobody reads anything nor cares to do anything with accuracy. Takes me days to get parts and multiple calls because we can't seem to get it right the first time. Absolutely unacceptable and a sad excuse that I don't want to do business with.

No customer service!!! I ordered a part weeks went by nothing from them. I emailed them and the response time was horrible. When I got a response back it was almost a month after I placed the order. I told them to cancel the order and the next day they shipped it. When it showed up it was not what I was expecting so I started the return process. It says you will hear something in 2 to 3 days. We are coming up on a week and no response from them.

Extremely disappointed after six months of trying to do business with this company. The experience has been nothing but frustrating—marked by poor communication, constant delays, and a complete lack of clarity around part availability. To make matters worse, the listed phone number doesn’t even work. It’s been an unprofessional process from start to finish. I strongly recommend avoiding GM Wholesale Direct—there are many better alternatives out there.
