Jonah in the service department took great care of me. Personally, the best service advisor I have ever delt with. Completely transparent and genially want to help you fix whatever issues are going on with your vehicle.

So this visit was to replace our back up camera. It was supposedly repaired 5 weeks ago, but it stopped working again. Took it back to dealer. They didn’t have the parts, they gave us a loaner. Finally got parts and fixed it. Amazing how a loaner vehicle sped up the process!?

I have been going here for the past 2 years for oil changes. My 2017 Buick with 50k miles recently started making a chirp noise and had a rough idle and was hesitant during acceleration. There were no check engine lights. I went in for a diagnostic and codes were for fuel and misfires. I asked them to check spark plugs and they told me they don’t replace plugs until around 80k. They indicated I had main bearing damage and I would need to replace entire engine for $15k. My intuition told me this was not right as I only had 50k miles. I took home and did some research and found that these 1.4 ecotech motors get loose spark plugs. I had a family member replace my spark plugs and coil pack and Evap purge line (fuel issue). Our new vehicle needed service. Our warranty covered the work. The dealership loaned us a vehicle while they had ours. Great service and customer relations.
