GO Car Wash

Extremely disappointing experience with GO Carwash on 12201 W. Parmer Ln. About three weeks ago I took my truck through the wash. Afterward, one of the employees detailing my tires stopped me and pointed out that my truck had been scratched from front to back. He mentioned the vehicle before mine had the exact same scratches. The scratches were visible along the paint, trim, and even the taillights. I immediately filled out a damage report expecting management to contact me quickly. They didn’t. After 10 days with no follow-up, I stopped by the location. The manager casually said the person responsible for handling claims had probably “forgotten.” When „Jacob“ finally called a week later, he immediately began looking for ways to deny responsibility before even inspecting the truck. My car is always sparkling afterwards! Love that they provide free air fresheners, free hand toweling, and self serve stations with clean towels, glass cleaner spray, and super suction vacuums. There's almost never a line to wait in, and the people who work here are exceptionally friendly and helpful if you have any questions. They will even fold in your mirrors! I am very happy that I bought an unlimited wash monthly pass! This location is super convenient, plus it's next to a gas station if you want to grab a quick snack after getting your car washed.

First time trying out this car wash, really removed some good Ole construction grime off my pickup. Had a few loose objects in the bed and Case jumped in the bed of the truck and cleared the debris. Got the top of the line wash. I really appreciated the pre wash with the pressure hose in the wheel wells and the soapy brush on the heavy spots. Vacuum sure pulled up the dirt in the cab. Customer service was pleasant. Ole blue was fine to shine. "I'll be back".

Go Car Wash is fantastic! Their customer service is really top-notch. My real estate office is right around the corner and I just come by to check it out see how much it cost and while I was doing that the manager, a young man name Kwano came out to see how he could help. We talked for a few minutes, and I told him I wasn’t going to get a wash that day because it looked like it was about to rain. He showed me how it is a drive-through car wash, but it’s much much nicer than the ones you find attached to convenience stores and gas stations. then after you are through with that, you drive around the corner and they towel dry your car and detail the tires. And if you need it, there are free vacuums, a few feet away, and there are a lot of them, so there should never be a wait. There’s a few l
