I’ve been coming to Go Car Wash for years. Excellent service, and great customer service. I can always count on them to have clean and well operated equipment. They really help keep my Jeep looking new.
I usually don’t like leaving negative reviews, but this experience was unacceptable. One of the employees treated customers with a very bad attitude and was disrespectful. A business should make customers feel welcome, not uncomfortable. Management should address this issue as it affects the reputation of the car wash.
I like this car wash.. real nice. I like the fact that you can upgrade your membership to premium to get the detailing aspect. I have regular membership but I am considering the upgrade. Instead of the other spots in Fredericksburg I will be coming to this one from now on
I always get an awesome, quick car wash and love that there are self-serve vacuums available! Cross rinsed off my car before going through the wash and my car came out shiny and beautiful!
Chris provided excellent service! He is a very hard-working young man who went the extra mile to clear the ice from the lady’s car in front of us Well done Chris! He makes the Go Car Wash in front of the bowling alley look good!! Well done chris‼️
