GO Car Wash

Great service all the time. Appreciate their different locations, friendly staff, and good car washes with value. Sergio is a great member of the team who help me feel appreciated!

Things could be better. Pulling in the wash tunnel they usually spray the front of my truck with something and then pull a brush from a large bucket of often dirty, not bubbly water and run it over my hood and windshield. Often going through the wash tunnel, I don't feel like I'm getting lots of soap applied to my truck. Recently I went through the wash and had some cobwebs below my drivers door from the truck sitting out for 3-4 days. They were still attached after going through the wash. The vacuums work well and they always have towels available for wipe down after the wash. I've used other GO Carwash locations and this one seems to be lacking. I rarely leave reviews , but I have to say there’s a female worker in the gate lane who always has a resting mad face , it feels like she doesn’t like her job. Recently I came in to get another wash and I met romelo who helped me step by step. He was patient with me and convinced me into getting a membership. That’s the type of customer service that makes you want to come back.
