This is a great place to buy a car. The whole team (Tommy especially) was very genuine and organized. My husband and I went in on a busy Saturday afternoon and somehow the service was super fast and attentive. Everyone was really positive and respectful of my budget (which was very much appreciated because I was stressed about needing to replace my old car unexpectedly). I purchased a used car within my budget, and a month later, I am super happy with how everything worked out. Car runs great, checks all my boxes, and all the communication about picking it up, picking up my plates, etc has been super smooth. Also, the snack and beverage area is really nice, I enjoyed some hot tea while mulling over options with my husband. :) Highly recommend!

He was always ready to answer my questions, and if he didn’t know something, he was honest about it and went to find the correct answer right away. Darryl made the experience smooth and stress-free. We drove to this dealer after getting cursed out at Titus-Will Toyota. Tanner was our salesman and he was very nice and welcoming. He was straightforward and honest when we was negotiating the price. This is my first car and we were able to close the deal in only 30 minutes. He was considerate and patient when we were discussing payment options, we really enjoyed his service. He even offered a wash for my new car and my friend’s car. In short, the whole session was very pleasing and we would definitely come back if we consider a new car. DO NOT buy a car here. The customer service stops once you walk out that door with your new car. Excited about the “complimentary” oil changes? Plan to wait nearly three hours for one. Expect them to hold themselves accountable when your BRAND NEW 50k car breaks down after a year? Think again. I contacted my salesperson when my car broke down to see if he could help get a loaner-he said “how about a new car?!” The slime could not be slicker or thicker than it is on these guys. My car broke down and I took it to a dealer close to me-they tried everything before they finally removed the LoJack I OPTED OUT OF that was left on my vehicle. I called and spoke to the service manager at Car Pros Renton and he literally said he doesn’t believe that was the problem and I should have brought it there
