Yesterday, I had the best experience with the Go Rentals Team in Naples, FL. They were so kind at the car hand off. They made it feel easy and gentle, and I went through the same motions as I do with any other rental agency; yet they made it so smooth and seamless. The car was perfect, smelled good and they had a cold bottle of water waiting in the car. What blew me away was the hand written note in the car on the dash from Matthew, Mary, Jonathan and Alejandro. That was such a classy touch. Returning the car was super easy also, I just handed keys and they said they would send me a receipt. It makes me want to use this agency again for sure.

Great experience. Easy to book, delivered the car to our hotel on time. Car was brand new, will definitely use them again.

We had a great experience with Go Rentals at Naples Airport(APF) recently. First of all, we got a LIVE person, so refreshing, and we spoke with Mary. She was very friendly, knowledgeable and only took a few minutes to rent the car. They also brought the car to our plane on the tarmac. We will use Go Rentals every time we possibly can. Being in a service industry, I don’t often shout from the roof tops about service, but Go Rentals truly was ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ plus some! They brought be a car to my hotel. It was gases and ready. They pointed out the scratch, so there was no question on the return. They activated the SunPass, they made it easy. When I left my phone charger in the car, they brought it back to me! I can’t wait to rent from them again! Special thanks to Jonathan who brought me the car, and again brought me the charger! I only wish they were everywhere! PS they were reasonably priced too!

We rented a car from Go Rentals, which we had never heard of before, at Naples airport. They brought the car right out to us from the FBO. The woman who checked us into the car was delightful. They even wrote us a personal note and told us to enjoy our trip from with all of the team members names on it. The car was brand new and immaculate!
