When i first made the reservation, they made it for the wrong day, which was not a big deal, other than i had to call back to make the correction. When I picked up the vehicle, they had the wrong return date that had to be corrected, but those were not even the issues that truly concern me. I did not need the vehicle until first thing in the morning, before they opened for the day, so the employee stated she would just have me sign for it the previous afternoon and they would leave it parked in valet overnight. Everything went smoothly with that until I got the bill. What began as a $99 car rental for the one day ended up being $217 plus I was charged $38 by the phoenician for the parking that was never disclosed to me prior.
