(PLEASE READ WHOLE REVIEW BEFORE PURCHASING ) Waited over a month and a half to pickup the vehicle ( a month and a half after signing for it) for them to fix heat on my car, (had to pick it up without it fixed because i couldn’t wait any longer due to the circumstances i was put in because of them)(They gave me the part though which was very kind on their behalf but unfortunately i didn’t have a vehicle any longer since i swapped my insurance and registration to the new vehicle due to diagnosis with the vehicle it took longer than they expected and assumptions that the vehicle would be ready sooner rather than later made me searching for options to get to work ), they never fixed a fog light like they said they would’ve (which they forgot to do, i understand people make mistakes) so and i

Alex was incredibly easy to work with throughout the whole buying process. Tremendously helpful, knowledgeable and made the process as simple as possible for me. Buying a car is not an easy decisions for me and there was never a sense of pressure just to "sell me a car" like some of the other dealers I went to while car shopping.
