I had a scheduled dot inspection at 9 am this morning. Upon arrival nobody was there to assist. After calling they told me it would be this afternoon. I called to follow up with them after 1:30 pm to be certain it would be done today as this was on a sensitive time frame and they was made aware of it from the initial conversation the day prior. . I still have not heard back from them. Very unprofessional and I do not recommend them.

Excellent experience with Godwin. Cheryl went above and beyond to help us after hours. They found and retrieved parts for us, got us off the highway and came back in the morning with the rest of the parts. You don't get service like this just anywhere, it's a rare thing nowadays. To top it all off the price was fair.

Requested service this morning about 8:30 and was told the tech will arrive within 90 mins. No one showed up until 6 PM. Every time we called they kept saying the tech is now on the way. Total lies. I would not try to use them EVER again.

Great experience. Service tech was knowledgeable and helpful. Fixed all my problems and the rates for payments was well below expected. (Great rate) I will definitely be using them again!!!

Fast and friendly. Kinda higher price wise than I've usually paid but I do understand that area only just got a Love's.
