Wonderful company! Honest, trustworthy, great communication, and fair pricing! I wrecked my truck, and Goens Automotive was the company that towed my truck, and had it in stored in their yard. In my Glove box I had a $7k cash. Goens handed me my cash & every dollar was accounted for!!! I will continue to use Goens Automotive for all my Automotive servicing and Towing. Thank you again going Automotive for taking care of me and being an honest company!

My mother took in her 2005 Chevy Malibu for a diagnostic after being turned away from many local repair shops until she discovered Goens. The mechanic Robert was extremely knowledgable and honest! He took time to reassure me by phone and educate my mother with the next steps that needed to be taken since the car is quite old. Jessica the receptionist was very communicative and patient with us as well. We highly recommend. Thank you!

We had a Constant Velocity Joint break and threw grease from the boot all over the area. This is not something you can drive on when it breaks. They fit us into their schedule. After towing to their shop, All work was done and we really appreciate your quick help. Have to say, we were disappointed that none of the grease was wiped off. It was caked to the wheel and the entire area around the driver's side front tire. Nit picking, some, sorry 😞 Just thrilled with the turn around time and the nice help from Jessica in the office. Good people here!

These people are amazing!! I have never dealt with such awesome people. My daughters car broke down right outside of Mobile. My daughters roommates dad called Goens to tow her car in. Not only did they tow it but they also fixed it and communicated with me every step of the way. Being several hundred miles away, I thought what have I gotten my self into but when they gave me the total, it was several hundred dollars less than I expected. (Her car is a BMW). Robert and Pete are awesome and believe me you can trust them with all your mechanical needs. Thanks again so much for your great service and professionalism.

I cannot express in words how good these guys are. I had an issue come up with my Volkswagen Rabbit with shaking in the steering the day I needed to travel 5 hours north. Within 2 or so hours they had the car all put back together and completely resolved the issue. After only explaining what the problem was with the car, Robert the owner knew exactly what to look for. These guys are knowledgeable and know what they are doing. Highly Recommend.
