BEWARE. Goldstar Auto sent us a quote for a water pump replacement and belt idler. When we received the bill it was over $1000.00 over what was quoted. BS charges such as accessory fees and over $180.00 just for antifreeze. These people are dis-honest to the fullest. Stay away!!

It’s unfortunate that I have to write a review like this but it has to be said. I’ve been a loyal customer for years because I like to support small businesses but after today I will not be going back. Ever. I called to see if I can get my battery replaced for my small sedan, I asked how much, he said he won’t know until he looked at the battery in person (fair). I get there to drop it off I told him to please call me before doing any work on my car. Couple hours pass, I received no call in regards to how much labor & all would cost but instead they went ahead did the work without my permission and proceeded to tell me I owe $475 for A BATTERY. I do not drive a luxury car and it was clear as day that they were trying to do be dirty and I know it has to do with the fact that I’m a young gir

The epitome of professional. I set an appointment by phone and they were waiting for my arrival. Rich was fantastic and so was the young gentleman who went with me on the test drive. I felt I was giving honest and forthright information. They went the extra mile to pin point what problems my car has and Kevin was terrific. He was very smart and professional. I would highly recommend these guys. Kevin spoke to me multiple times and was as straightforward as they come. I don't give recommendations easily but these guys earned it. I am looking forward to a long relationship with this auto repair shop and Kevin.

I love this place!!! These guys are the best! I have been taking my vehicles here for a few years. Each time, Kevin has given reasonable advice on what needed to be fixed first. This is unlike many shops that tell you everything needs to be done ASAP. They have also been willing to do repairs before telling me I need to replace something completely, e.g., tightening the screw on my rear windshield wiper instead & changing a bulb in the rear windshield light instead of recommending I replace everything. They have been honest and their assessments have been correct. Overall very glad I found this place on google and will be back for more repairs. Cannot say enough about this place.

Rich and Kevin provided me with a fair price for work I needed on my vehicle. They performed quality work and called me promptly when the repairs were completed at the time they promised and took the extra effort to explain the repairs. They maintain a clean shop and perform auto repair with integrity and passion. This was my first visit. I will go here again and will recommend them to my friends and family.
