Had to get my oil pan gasket replaced and at first it seemed like both the top and bottom needed replacing and I gave them the go ahead to fix both, upon completion of the job I was informed that the top was good and just bottom needed replacing which ended up only being half the cost of the original estimate. They could have gotten away for a bigger job as I wouldn’t have known otherwise and they DID NOT take advantage of me. Will definitely be going back for any other problems.
The staff is very friendly and fit me in quickly. My car was repaired the next day. They gave me updates and photos of what was going on. I would highly recommend.
Gordon is the best! I have been a customer of Golden Gate Tire since they opened. And so has most of my family due to the personalized care for customers. After the sale I was worried but when I met Gordon, I knew my worries were over no matter what your problems are just air new tires or what you’re always treated the same and taken care of immediately. Thanks.
