Golden Nozzle Car Wash

I visited this place for the first time today and had a great experience. The facility was clean and easy to navigate. I found the car wash to be more powerful compared to other places I've tried, like ScrubaDub, and they offer excellent pricing options. The unlimited plans were $9.99 cheaper today if you sign up in person compared to the online price. Additionally, the staff is friendly and communicative.

Very disappointed with this place and how they handle their memberships. I have tried multiple times to cancel, and despite my efforts — even contacting my bank to block the charges, I am STILL being charged. Somehow new charges keep appearing, and I only realized I had been getting charged for months without even knowing. This is completely unacceptable and feels incredibly dishonest. No customer should have to jump through hoops just to stop being billed. If cancelling a membership is this difficult, that says a lot about how this business operates.

I recently visited Golden Nozzle Car Wash in Milford, MA, and my experience was incredibly poor. When I arrived, an employee scanned the old sticker on my car. I explained to him that the sticker was old because I used to have the monthly subscription with this same location, and I needed to pay for a wash. He suggested I upgrade back to a subscription, mentioning a new deal, and I agreed. As I rolled up to enter the car wash, the employee gave me a new sticker for my car. The manager came out because they were having a hard time with the machine while charging me. The manager asked the employee why they charged me for the new sticker. The employee mistakenly told him I said my sticker was from another company, which I never said. The manager then began to yell at me, accusing me of lyin

First off, the employees r excellent!! I was concerned my truck was too tall. They both watched the height bar as I inched in. Max height was 7' 2". I cleared by about 2". They were very patient with me. I always order "the works" for an incredibly clean service. Second, they offer complimentary vaccum cleaners for cleaning the interior. My 2014 truck would not look like new if it wasn't for the employees, atmosphere & reasonable prices. I HIGHLY recommend Golden Nozzle. I won't go anywhere else!!

EDIT #2 12/20/20: I am done with this company. They raised rates for the folks who support them every month with the subscription service, by 25%, in my case. So I'm driving and washing my car far less, due to telecommuting, this increase (to $300/year, now), put the nail in their coffin, for me. EDIT: I've noticed that the photos added to my review are "missing". I will re-add them. If they disappear again, something is fishy. OLD REVIEW: They get high marks for value (the monthly pass is great!), convenience (the workers do great getting everyone through quickly), and the free vacuums.
