Golden Nozzle Car Wash

Claims process is a nightmare and it doesn’t work. Don’t risk it. Went through in my new car with about 3,000 miles. I always do a walk around before and after I drive. The nick wasn’t there before I drove to the car wash. I pulled out of the car wash and drove about 1-2 miles to the airport and discovered a nick across the light bar and bumper. Returned to the car wash and the employees gave me a card to file a report. I did so when I got home. I called multiple times after 5 business days after not hearing back. I ended up having to drive to the location and talk to the manager in person. He said that the cameras didn’t see any damage upon entry or exit. I also doubt the cameras are high enough resolution to see a nick this size. He was insinuating that the damage occurred on the short

Compared to their other locations, this one is close to their worst. Usually having to go every day, sometimes more than once in a day because it did a horrible job. The workers should spend more time pre spraying the vehicles before sending it through the wash because their washers are not good. Their customer service is not good. There is even a worker wearing sunglasses at night who does a horrible job. People want nice clean cars after a carwash, and this place is not delivering that service. Not at this location anyways. Other locations do much better. I live in sanford so its convenient, but often times I have to drive to NH to get a better wash. You need to get this place up to par with the rest of the locations. Not sure whose job that is, but they are failing that location. I

Not really happy that I paid 17 dollars for my car to not get fully wet from the car wash let alone be clean. And I’m also not happy that something got stuck to the side of my car from this car wash. I did call a get a refund but I would not recommend this car wash ever nor will I be back.

Great price to wash your car every day. Only rated 4 stars due to they started not prespraying your vehicle?

Not only was my truck still VERY dirty but there are new scratches on it now also. I will never go there again.
