Golden Nugget Body & Paint

I was discouraged that I had to wait nearly 3 weeks to get my car into the shop and it took an another month to fix, because the wrong parts were delivered from the manufacturer, but he completely replaced the grill and rebuilt the headlight housing and front sensors, matched the custom paint from the factory seamlessly, but they stayed in communication with me for the entire process with intention of completing the job right the first time. Everyone I encountered was professional and empathetic to the situation. I cannot tell the car was ever damaged, thank you!

I’ve had 3 instances where I needed to get body work done or installed. Every time I came, they’ve been polite, respectful, and upfront about everything. They’ve usually been very quick on repairs and the truck has always turned out better. They’re fairly priced and I’ve never even had a thought about being gouged for work. Would HIGHLY recommend this business to anyone needing some repairs done.

Bought a used work van and the back door handle broke almost immediately after purchase. I called Golden Nugget Auto Body and spoke with the shop manager, Dustin, who told me to come by that day and they’d get it taken care of. Considering they had a full shop and parking lot with tons of work, I was pleasantly surprised at their promptness. They did a great job and I will be returning with any other work. We have had all of our body works done by Golden Nugget over the years and have been so happy with both the service and work! Recently, we had totalled vehicles from the hail storm. They worked diligently with our insurance to get us what we where owed knowing they wouldnt receive any work from it, al free of charge. This kind of customer service should not go unnoticed. Thank you for your support and time through our hail damage experience!!!

Had to come leave a review because I was so impressed with Golden Nugget. Everything from getting the quote, communication, ordering of parts, and completing the work was EXCEPTIONAL. I previously went to another shop in town for body work and it took them SIX MONTHS and they tried to give me my car back not even fully repaired. Golden nugget repaired my car is less than three days! Everyone was extremely kind, professional, and helpful. Obviously different jobs take a different amount of time, but I was extremely impressed with how quickly they got me a quote, got the parts in, and completed the work. Picked up my vehicle cleaner than I dropped it to them (sorry guys-went camping and I didn’t want to drive through the car wash with the type of damage I had! Haha) and the work fully comple
