Golden Rule Brake - Post Falls

Corey and Byron at the Post Falls location are the best. I took my wife's 2006 chevy silverado to brand X-LS for new tires and they recommended several suspension components should be replaced. I bought this truck new and believed it deserved this maintenance. This truck is in almost new condition inside and out with 73k miles. When I picked it up you could feel a kind of binding feeling when turning the wheel similar to if it was in 4wd and when you turn the wheel all the way it would stay and not automatically turn back. I took it back, they drove the truck and agreed, had to make another appointment to go through it. Top Notch Customer Service, Repairs and Communication. Best Service I have ever seen. They provided Pictures, videos and a detailed report of their finding’s. I had My 2011 GMC 2500 in for inspection and repairs because the front end seamed a little loose . They told/showed me( pics and videos)The priority repairs that needed done and also Parts that Eventually will need to be addressed . Crosby walked me through the report and I chose what they should do. They made it so simple , especially for working folks , Dropped off the night before and picked up afterhours as well. My husband and I were on our way to Spokane Valley when we got a flat tire on the side of the road. Cosby saw us stuck on the side of the road and noticed the disability van and turned around to come back to see if we needed help. He was on his way to work in Post Falls when he was willing to turn around and help us. Mind you it is 6:30 in the morning cold and very foggy. As he was trying to get the flat tire off the tire shop stripped a lug Making it difficult. He advised me that a spare tire needs to go on the back so he had to take the back tire off to put the spare on and put the good back tire on the front. Went in for a wheel alignment for my Tundra and it has never driven more smoothly. The free inspection was an added bonus. All the guys were friendly and great communicators … you can tell they enjoy what they do.
