Buyer beware. I called to have someone come out to repair a chip in my windshield. The person on the phone was friendly and was able to schedule someone to come out within 3 hours. The quoted price was $89. The technician arrived and told me that there was a double chip (two impacts) and that there was a risk in performing the work, though he was pretty sure he could repair it. I agreed to proceed. He fixed the chip without incident (though some blemishes are still visible). When it was time to pay, he said "I have to charge you $20 more because it was a double chip". He knew it was a double chip the entire time so why was I finding out AFTER the service was completed (they already had my credit card number to hold the reservation).
