Golling CDJR of Roseville Collision & Paint Center

My vehicle was in an accident on May 1st. The insurance company assessed the damage and issued a check and estimate to Golling on May 6th. I was told parts had to be ordered, and an appointment would be scheduled once parts were received. I had to call back to check if the parts were received and finally schedule an appointment to drop off the vehicle. The appointment was scheduled for June 17th, and the vehicle was dropped off as scheduled. As of June 28, I had not had any communication on the progress of my vehicle. I called and was informed that my vehicle was going to paint on Tuesday, July 2nd. I called and was then told that they notified the insurance company because they had to add an additional repair to the quote and the adjuster needed to come out. Monday, July 8th, I called to

5/2/2025 Golling have been the possession of my vehicle since there march 1st. For very minor thief damages. Replace back window. Some instrument pannel damage . And some minor cosmetic issues. It's now May 2nd and my vehicle is still in their possession. If you need timely repairs please do not take your vehicle here. 🚩 🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩🚩 5/9/2025 I posted this review a week ago. Save your time and 100% avoid this location. I’m not sure what is going on here, but there appears to be zero sense of urgency. I brought in my 2024 Jeep GC lease that was sideswiped and it sat in the lot for two weeks untouched. In two weeks, they could not even complete a simple tear down for me so Progressive could get an accurate estimate of damages. I finally had to move car to a business that takes their work seriously. It must be nice to be Golling and have so much money that they allow their employees to turn down my $14,000 job through a lack of communication and professionalism.

We brought our 2021 Jeep Cherokee here to get some collision work. The hood needed to be replaced, as well as a few trim pieces on the front fenders, and some paint blending. They had the vehicle for roughly 14 days. Upon getting the vehicle back, we noticed the newly replaced fender trim was popping off, there were paint drips all along the edge of the hood near the windshield, and a hair under the clear coat where they freshly painted. There was paint over spray on the headlights as well as cutting compound all over the trim work. My wife returned the vehicle a few days later for them to "fix" the issues which basically was them wiping the vehicle down and sending her on the way. I’ve been taking my car to another dealership since I bought it 5 years ago. That dealership was ok, but due to proximity was becoming more of an inconvenience every time I brought it in. I had an issue with the debris/heat shield and had taken the day off to get it fixed. I decided to bring my car to Mike Riehl’s simply out of convenience... With all that said, I had such a good experience there that I plan on scrapping the old dodge dealership in favor of this one. The service was quick and the attendants and staff were incredibly helpful and extremely nice. Couldn’t recommend them more!
