Bill was very nice and helpful with the towing process. The staff were also very friendly over the phone and in person. Despite some scheduling issues, they were able to be adaptable and in the end really made the experience enjoyable! (Were able to tow from Fairchild AFB).

Love these guys! If you are a little bit mechanical minded there is a car for you. The prices are good and is a good place to get a great deal on a little bit of a fixer upper.

We got a good deal on what seemed to be a decent old farm truck. Not very negotiable (which was fine) however my two complaints were that after getting the truck home and my husband digging into it to do some very needed maintenance, we found out it has a blown head gasket or potentially cracked block. Not very pleased with that information. So check over your vehicles very thoroughly before purchasing. And my second complaint is that we wait and wait for our plates to come in, we waited so long that our temporary plates were a month expired, they never called us to let us know they had them and when we tried to call them, repeatedly no answer. I understand running a good business is hard with an improper amount of staff but, I wasn't too pleased doing business with these guys.

I sold two old broke down trucks and Hayden from Good Guys Towing came out to grab them. He was very skilled and easy to talk to. He even went the extra mile and helped me get the VIN # found and read and verified. It actually took several minutes and he could've just said no to that vehicle being picked up but he was polite and patient and helped me figure it out. He's definitely a "Good Guy" in my opinion.

Go in there several times to buy a car. Prices are outrageous. No one they're half the time. Joke none of them know how to run a business. On dealership side of things. No idea on tow service.
