Grateful to have a great shop like this in our little town. Not just for the convenience of being able to drop it off and walk home, but for the time and care they put into my vehicle as well as the communication. It was quite an extensive and costly fix but I truly appreciate them not cutting corners and trying to get my truck done as quickly as possible. Casey seems like a stand up dude, that I would trust with my vehicle in the future.

I had such a great experience here! I stopped in needing just a quart of oil for my BMW, and the owner went out of his way to help—not only guiding me to the right kind, but even taking the time to add it for me. He was so kind and clearly more focused on helping an out of towner caught by surprise by her oil being low, than anything else. This was the first time this has ever happened to me and from the minute I walked in the door, I felt at ease and reassured. You don’t often come across that kind of genuine care and integrity in a business. Whether you are local to the Medical Lake area or an out-of-towner like me, and want a shop that treats you like a neighbor and knows their stuff, this is the place.

Casey and team were so great to work with. We came in needing a very specific repair for our Subaru. He worked with Subaru to get what we needed and did a flawless install. We would highly recommend Lake City Auto, and Casey, he is very communicative, and it’s obvious he cares about his customers and their experience. It’s great having him here in Medical Lake!
