Phil is amazing! Coworker recommended us to Phil. After speaking with him he said he’s been doing auto work for 26 years. I spoke with him about the breaks cuz I could see the rotors were worn a little through the rims. He saw we only put 5k miles on it & said we should be good till next inspection. It’s difficult to find an honest person this day. Phil is phenomenal!!! I highly recommend his services.

Phil saw me quickly to reassess my car after it failed inspection. A local chain auto shop quoted me $1,400 for it. When Phil saw my car he said they were scamming me and it could be done for around $300. He had it fixed in less than 2 hours once the new part arrived and it wound up being less than $300! I am grateful that Phil didn’t take the opportunity to scam a female who doesn’t know much about cars… unlike some other auto shops :/ I will be going back to him every time!

Phil is a great guy. I’m from out of state and my engine light came on when I was passing through Williamsport. Phil was super busy but stopped what he was doing to take a look at my car and make sure I was OK to get back on the road. Very knowledgeable , experienced AND a reasonable price. I wanted to like Phil's place. It's close, convenient, and he seems like a genuine guy. However, I had a simple spark plug replacement. My check engine came on (again) and I had to pull over until I could get it to a different garage. Ruined my whole weekend. The other garage told me the spark wasn't plugged in and sent me off free of charge. I had further issues and I think it turns out Phil just used the wrong size plugs, or didn't install them properly. Thought I would try and help anyone considering his shop. it's a shame.
