Good year

I've been bringing my cars in to this shop since I moved to Texas. There were times when I got different diagnoses from the two older men running the counter. However I always felt I was in good hands until this last time of bringing my car in. I had a squeaking noise, diagnoses given by the Asian man was I needed front wheel bearings. I came in to picky car up, was told I would hear no more squeaking. Pulled out and immediately heard squeaking and now a new issue my breaks were pulsating. I called shop immediately. I was told to bring my car back in the morning. Next day left my car to only get a call hrs later saying if I want to get rid of the noise I would need new front breaks. I called bs. They just did my breaks a few months ago. I felt like I was being brushed off and as if I was t

Brought my car in for a pre-purchase check. Received a receipt only. I asked for the findings and was told they didn't do that. I explained that when I brought my car in for a state inspection, it was detailed. The worker said maybe I should own a shop. Told him his answer was insulting, and he should rethink his answer, and if something comes up after the fact, there's no proof of the findings or what was checked. This was such an unacceptable experience.

I've gone here for years and I've always gotten the right advice, great service, and a good value. Neal Dannheim is the longtime store manager there and one of the few people I trust with my cars.

DO NOT GO!! I don’t recommend going to this place, worst place ever. They call us over telling us the tires were ready but once we got there they decided that we had to wait 3 hours. They were being very disrespectful and rude. We were asking a question, but they started yelling at us for no reason. Rude workers, DONT GO!
