If it were possible to leave zero stars, I would. As a customer, I walked into the office and there was absolutely no one there to assist. The front desk was empty. The computer area behind the desk was empty. No staff member present at all. I stood inside the office for about five minutes waiting for someone to show up. This is clearly set up as the customer waiting area with chairs available — yet there was no one to respond. On top of that, the office was extremely hot. It honestly felt like sitting in a sauna. After waiting with no assistance, I went outside toward the service area, but there was a chain blocking the entrance. I stood outside waiting again. Eventually a worker came over, but when I asked about the price for an alignment, he said he didn’t know because he’s just an e

The owner or the manager is extremely rude. I was there at 1 pm and had a flat tire, he wouldn’t even look at it and said he can fix it by 6 pm. I kept asking can you just see what’s wrong with it and repair it? He would refuse to help me. And then another employee felt bad and look at it. And the owner still didn’t want to help and he told me to leave. Completely shocking. Never had this experience

I always get excellent service here. The only thing i wasn't too happy about was the lack of seating. There were only two chairs inside the waiting room at the time of my visit to get my tires rotated, so i had to sit outside on the cement wall ledge thing. Other then That, there is a small room for improvement when it comes to service reminders, it would be nice to have Mountain View Tires place some kind of static cling label in the windshield for tire rotation reminders like just having the return at mileage (-----) for rotation sign. At the Ford dealer, i take my car to get oil changes, i always get a reminder static cling sticker on the windshield that tells me to bring it by a specific date or mileage. I would like to see that in the future with Mountain View Tires. Other than tha

Very bad customer service and rude. They didn't help me on an emergency situation., I needed one tire to get back on the rode, refused to help because they were busy. Not a great way to let a customer drive off with flat. Not even attempting to pump air .

Quick and reliable service. I’ve been going here for many years. As long as I own a car and live in LA, I’m never taking my vehicle anywhere else.
