Mountain View Tire & Auto Service

I have been going here for years...mostly for tires...Its close to my house, and I always get good service. They will even fix your flat for free if you bought the tires there. Recently I needed a parking break adjustment. I was very satisfied with the initial discussions about it, and the job they did. There is always somebody there that is willing to discuss your issues, and check prices etc. I don't know if they are the cheapest around, I have no idea, but I think they are pretty much in the middle ballpark. So far everything I have had done there I was satisfied with the job they did. Good communication from start to finish. So I will continue to use them again depending on the nature of the job. Professional staff, place and service.

Dennis was professional and helpful with our decision about which tires to get for our car. Everything was as done in a timely fashion and the quality of the tires and installation was excellent. The waiting area was clean and comfortable and Dennis even recommended an excellent restaurant we enjoyed while we were waiting.

I got a flat during a particularly difficult commute, and it had to be towed. Chose this location because it was closest to work. They were able to get me the tires I needed quickly , and I was able to get to work before the afternoon. The supervisor there was very considerate.

I was a bit disheartened by the recent experience I had here. Long story short, the extreme price for a fuel pump, battery replacement and labor coming out to almost $2,000 is egregious! Went to my usual mechanic, $575. Only reason I came out to Mountain View was because they were open on a Sunday. Support local businesses, but not if they're corporate. To much of an upcharge

The manager Vincent was super helpful, I came in with a tire leak and had no appointment. I was in a rush and he helped me out immediately. They did a great job with the patch and topped off all of my tires. Would definitely recommend.
