Good Year

My 1st experience here was when, prior to a long trip, I went to fill a low tire with air at the gas station right next door- the gas station's machine was broken, so I pulled into Goodyear and asked if they could put air in my tire. They did, and checked all my tires, and did so quickly, and as a courtesy! I couldn't believe that they did that and did not charge me anything. Several months later, a different tire was low so I just took it straight over there and ask them to check it, which they did, again no charge for airing up my tires. Still couldn't believe it. Both times, quick and courteous service (I THINK the woman's name was Brittany?). However, today I needed my state inspection. I went to two places only for them to say "Sorry, our inspector isn't here, so we can't do it. " I

I had a fantastic experience at Good Year this afternoon. I came in with a nail in my tire, and was warmly greeted by Lucky and Nardin. They did an awesome job explaining everything to me upfront, they didn't try to upsell me. As much as I HATE unforeseen accidents on my vehicle, I am always thankful and happy that Lucky and Nardin are going to take care of me.

Honest. Helped me out on my way to work got me in and out in no time!
