They are very nice people. The turnaround time for my vehicle to be fixed was fast. I would recommend them to anyone.
My wife dropped her car off to get the tire patched and explained to them that she needed to pick it back up later that day because she lives in Virginia 2 hours away and is in the area for a birthday party. They said they would call when they were done. at 4:30 my wife calls to check on it. THEY ARE CLOSED TILL MONDAY!!!! So I have to drive to pick her and the kids up. drive them home and have friends pick up the car on Monday. She called in to pay the bill and the guy working took her card number and said "OK all done" and hung up. Didn't even let her know how much he ran the card for. I could not drive and drop her off to get the car because I left for a work trip on Sunday Night. My Father always said Never to use a Goodyear store and Now I know why.
These are the nicest friendliest people I have ever met in a business every single person wish all businesses were able to get these type of people will highly recommend them
