Gooddeal Auto Service

DO NOT take your vehicle here for services as simple as an OIL CHANGE! My car has been leaking since they messed it up on New Year's Eve. Maybe there was some toxicity in the workplace that day but when I brought my gorgeous Audi to them they caused malfunction lights to pop on and told me they couldn't do an alignment, it had to go to an actual Audi service department. It took me a month and a half to get it in the shop and now, Good Deal will not take any accountability. As far as I am concerned they owe me the $2,400 bucks Audi is charging me to get everything back to how it was before I let them mess it up in the first place. IF YOU CARE FOR YOUR CAR- BEWARE AND STAY FAR!!

To say that I am dissatisfied with the level of care and attention to detail I have received as a customer at this establishment would be a significant understatement. I paid $1,000 for front and rear brake service, only to be required to return one week later due to the brakes having been installed incorrectly the first time—costing me additional time and inconvenience that should never have been necessary. Earlier today, while driving, a warning message appeared on my dashboard, prompting me to take my vehicle to the nearest auto service center for a diagnostic. Upon inspection, I was informed that my oil dipstick had not been properly reinstalled, which directly caused the sensor error. I have not had any automotive service performed anywhere else since the brake work completed here. Wh

When my front brakes suddenly began grinding this morning, I went into Gooddeal without an appointment. Daniel and his team made the repairs in just a couple hours. It was an absolutely easy experience without pushy sales. I will definitely go back and would recommend them to anyone. I’m so grateful for how easy and FAST I was serviced. Thank you again guys!!

James hung up on my face.! Extremely disrespectful. This shop is full of incompetent ant individuals. We’ve taken our car here over 5 times because they keep coming up with a new issue. I would never come here again. James is one of the most disrespectful individuals I have ever met.

This is my second visit to gooddeal auto service..so far I have only done oil changes and have been pleased with not only the work but customer service as well. I would highly recommend them they are very knowledgeable efficient and customer service oriented. If you have not tried them out definitely do so and also know that you are supporting smaller local businesses in the community
