Jason, the owner, is incredibly knowledgeable, honest, and takes the time to explain everything clearly so there are no surprises. He will also try to help wherever he can, which really shows how much he cares about his customers and the work he does. I couldn’t be happier from start to finish with the service I received from Jason and the guys at Goodeal! Just a preface I’m a single father with full custody of the most amazing 3-year-old little girl!! I’m also a small business owner. So I have been having a check engine light on and the other shop I went to told me just as much as my reader from Amazon. For some reason the shop said it could be my transmission. I looked up places that specialize in transmission and found Goodeal. Mind you I am about an hour away from here. I called and I had the pleasure of speaking with a man named Jason. They have had my truck for 3 weeks now . Told me last weds that the truck would be finished Friday but I had a trip to go on that day so I told them I would pick it up Monday . It is now Monday and they tell me it's still not done.
