Goodfellas Auto Care Collision and Detail

I came here after being in an accident that damaged my driver fender, door, and bed. I already did the work of finding the exact replacement bed and fender. I had a door in good condition that only needed to be paint matched and installed. (Even he said my original door wasn’t repairable so I absolutely needed a new door) I was fully prepared to pay for the labor and paint. Instead of simply giving me a quote or explaining their pricing professionally, the guy made a backhanded comment saying he “knew what I was trying to do” and that I was trying to save money by piecing it together. Of course I’m trying to save money. I’m the one paying for it. That comment was completely unnecessary and unprofessional. He then told me it wasn’t worth it to him and that I should go to a “ma and pa shop

Brought my vehicle in damaged on the left side JEEP WRANGLER. First time taking my vehicle to GOODFELLAS. They are great at work on the vehicles and communication. In the future I would highly recommend coming back to this auto shop.

OWNER CALLED THE COPS ON ME AND I STILL DIDNT GET MY CAR. DON'T GO THERE. They had my Camero for almost 4 months blaming the insurance and I have USAA they pay very quickly and they took full advantage of. Let's start from the beginning. We dropped off our car and had a rental for 2 weeks and they haven't even ordered the parts yet for our car. So 2 weeks was plenty of time to work on the damage that was done. It was very minimal I could have probably done it in my driveway but I didn't have the time. I had to call for updates on the vehicle and when I talked to the woman in the front she was very RUDE and talked down to me and my son. They didn't get the parts for almost 2 months. Then when I was about to pick up the vehicle they asked my insurance for more money and the price was ridicul

We took our new car through a car wash and it was full of swirl marks. They got us in quickly, had a fair price, and did a great job polishing the entire car and putting a ceramic coat. I appreciate that they keep the cars locked in their garage at night since it’s Albuquerque. We won’t be going through car washes anymore. They also went the extra mile to clean our windows and vacuuming the inside even though they didn’t need to.
