Went in for an Avalon, my experience was great, the car was better than expected. They installed new tires, brakes and rotors which was great peace of mind for me. I traveled from Brooklyn and james respected that by not having BS fees like other dealers have, he made this process very simple. Update 11/29/25 During test drive I noticed the AC controls weren't working properly, James immediately said no worries if anything we will take care of it. To me the most important quality of a dealership is service after a sale. Next James gave me the address of the goodfellas service shop and Ronnie fixed the issues in short time. Goodfellas sold a quality used vehicle and kept they're word when something wasn't right, so I recommend them to anyone looking for a deal.
