Hands down the best auto repair & body shop around!! The entire team, both in office, as well as in the shop are exceptional at what they do & truly care about going above & beyond. Whether it’s proactively communicating each step w/ us, the insurance & rental companies, or detailing your repaired vehicle better than new, we were rest assured everything was handled transparently! Mario, one of the owners is very professional & courteous alongside Kimberly who is also incredibly knowledgeable & personable. She had the same great helpful attitude on our 1st phone call as she did in person everytime. The repair timeline wasn’t too long either, given the damage. I was updated throughout the whole stage of the process so I always had a rough idea of what was going on. This is my second time having my car fixed after an accident and the repairs come out to be flawless. They got my trust for life. Will be back for sure if another mishap ever happens. Mario and crew did an amazing job with my 2015 Equinox. I swear it looked brand new when I picked it up. Plus they are 1 block from Enterprise rent a car. Easy drop off and pickup.
