Stay away from this place. A few months ago they couldn't find where my tire was leaking...took my mechanic five minutes to find it and fix. An emissions sensor light came on. They have "fixed" it twice. This time it cost $550 only to have the light come on again 3 days later. I asked for a refund and they refused. Wanted us to "make an appt" bring it in for a THIRD time. HORRIBLE business and customer service. Go see Glenn at Mohrfeld's on Kings Hwy. He knows what he is doing.

I have never been more disgusted with Customer Service. I started off my day by calling Goodyear and asking if they had time for an alignment on my truck. I was greeted by Mike, who Asked me why I needed an alignment. I explained to him that I got For new tires and there was a little bit of vibration in the steering wheel when going at highway speeds. Then proceeded to tell me that an alignment would not fix my vibrations in the wheel; he didn’t follow up with any other explanation. I had my employees drop my truck off over at the shop and when they came to pick it up, the associates at Goodyear told them That there were three Lug nuts missing on my truck. Nobody at the shop called to make us aware of that. I’m absolutely positive that I had five lugs on each wheel when I dropped it off.

Got 4 new tires installed and a wheel alignment. The staff both Mike (store manager) and John (service manager) are great people. They both took the time to explain to me why the alignment was important and the benefits of having the 3yr program for it. This will always be my go to spot for automotive service from now on out.

Best team ever. John and his team were amazing and complete. John was making sure to find and match my needs with the best value and cost effective options. Honest and ethical. A team you can trust. This is my auto care home. Strongly recommend!!! Get well soon Micheal.

We had an alignment done at the Goodyear of Langhorne and when we got the car back, there was a constant low knocking on drivers side. We took it back twice and they claimed to fix it but the noise was still there. Finally, Goodyear Corporate sent us here, and they were the kindest people ever!! Fixed the issue within 2 hours and the noise hasn’t come back!! Thank you all so much, we will be back!
