Goodyear Auto Service

I originally went to Walmart for an oil change and was told they couldn’t service my car due to several “issues.” I then came to Goodyear, where Larry was kind enough to actually take a look and explain what was really going on instead of just turning me away. After checking everything, he confirmed that Walmart was incorrect, and I was able to get my oil change done with no problem. Thank you so much to Larry and the Goodyear staff for being honest, welcoming, and incredibly helpful. Great customer service all around!

Donavan Rodriguez, the customer advisor was very friendly, helpful, and kind when greeting me and communicating with me about my brakes. Despite not having my appointment in the books, Donavan still put me in to be seen. did not speak with the mechanic that worked on my car. However, he was very thorough when inspecting my brakes. Thank you for taking the time to fit me in and to offer a free brake inspection. I am very grateful to you all for this complimentary service. Have a wonderful day!

My car battery died so I went to GoodYear and they replaced my battery and later that day I had error codes so I took my ford to the dealership and they informed me that whoever replaced my battery (GoodYear) didn’t reconnect the system properly and reset the system properly. This was very upsetting because I not only had to spend money at GoodYear trusting they would take care of me, but then when they didn’t I had to go elsewhere and spend even more money to correct their errors. Customer service was good, but If you drive a Ford I would stick to college station ford.

They guys at counter helped me out very fast and were very pleasant to work with! Changed my tire valves withing 10min and helped me load them! Donavan helped me out

They have great services and nice people! Got me in and out in less than an hour for oil change and tire rotation!! Also love that the rotation comes with the oil change I don’t have to remember to get it done! Highly recommend
