After tire rotation and alignment tire pressure was different on all 4 tires. I returned immediately to fix the issue and James the service tech assured me he did everything correctly and would not check the pressure. After driving the car all day to see if the issue would resolve I checked the pressure 3 tires were low and all had different pressure readings. Consumers always check your service. I am extremely blessed that I checked behind the tech before traveling. 🙏🏽

Enjoyed my visit to this store! Came in for a state inspection and oil change. Fast friendly customer service and O have to mention Chuck! He made me very comfortable with the services requested and he assured me it would be completely correctly and timely! Thanks Chuck <3

When I initially took my vehicle for service, I was told it wouldn’t be ready until that Monday since a new tire needed to be ordered. Stacy made sure everything was handled quickly and kept me updated throughout the process. The shop team instead was able to get it fixed the same day. Robert was incredibly helpful answering all my questions. My only suggestion: double-check tire pressures — mine were off when I left. Other than that, a fantastic experience and I would definitely return!

**this happened Saturday 01/24/26 before the storm hit*** An hour into my trip back home to NJ, my check engine light came on & I immediately started to panic. I called my boyfriend who told me to pull off at the next exit and to let him know where i was, he would try to find someplace to help. He told me 12 min to my right & up the road was a goodyear and to drive there. As soon as I walked Phil and Rob greeted me with a smile & I instantly felt calm. I expressed my concern and how I still had a long trek home & within moments they had my car in the back and on the lift. This ENTIRE experience has restored my faith in humanity and that even when you feel alone, you aren’t. If I could give more than 5 stars I would, but this shop and everyone at this Goodyear are bookmarked in my heart f

Phil was an absolute BEAST! Above and beyond. Went out of his way to help us when we live 3 1/2 hours away. Personal commitment at its BEST!
