I have been going to Goodyear roughly 26 years. I've always used the Catonsville location. I was sent to the Ellicott City store a couple years ago because a machine went down at the Catonsville location. I was impressed with this location. I like the size of the waiting area. It's not tight and congested. I especially like that they're open on Sundays. The Catonsville location is not. My work schedule is hectic so the Sunday option is definitely an appreciated bonus. I have worked with Michelle, Bernardo and Dave. I have received excellent customer service from all three any time I bring my vehicle in. Have had nothing but fantastic experiences with Goodyear service centers the past three times I’ve needed their help. Most recently had a flat, customer service was fantastic. Repair was done in quick order. Crew is competent, clear in their communication, and respectful of people’s time. Most importantly they are realistic. They do not overpromise and under-deliver like so many other auto shops.

My car was continuously showing low air pressure even after filling the air. I thought it was air leak or problem of sensor. I called Goodyear after I returned from work. They were willing to check it even if they were busy and closing soon. I took my car to Goodyears located at 9180 Baltimore national pike. In very short period of time, they checked my car and fixed the problem for free . Aidan Larkin, the salesperson, was very nice, professional and helpful person. You can tell that he likes his job and goes extra mile to help others. The technician Jasmine James was also fast and did her job efficiently in short period of time. I highly recommend them.

I had my oil changed at Goodyear again and, as always, the service was excellent. Michele was professional, courteous, and efficient — she’s been supporting me for years and consistently makes the experience smooth and stress-free. Went twice recently for different tire issues. They did a great job and got me in and out quickly. Michele Reynolds was super helpful and gave me an accurate time window so I knew what to expect. Would recommend!
