Goodyear Auto Service

I went into this Goodyear shop to get a new battery. I had been to other places that either couldn't replace it or I had to drop off my battery. Those places were very rude. I walked into this Goodyear and was treated with such professionalism from D'Angelo. I did not have an appointment and he took my kets right away and got my battery changed. The communication was top notch. D'Angelo told me things I should think about getting done in the future and was not putting on pressure to get them done right then. It was a great experience. I will definitely be back. If I could give 10 stars, I would.

I’ve had multiple frustrating experiences at this location as a Lyft driver. It often feels like they’re not interested in serving rideshare drivers, especially when it comes to handling the required paperwork. Several times I’ve come in with a flat tire and was told they were “too busy” and that I’d need to schedule an appointment. An appointment for a flat tire? That’s not realistic when you rely on your vehicle for income. They also insist on having the Lyft oil change email before providing service. Unfortunately, those emails don’t always populate in time, even when the vehicle is due for maintenance. Lyft advises drivers that the location can still submit the request with a few additional steps, but this store seems unwilling to do that. If you’re looking for better customer service,

Goodyear is very good. The staff is both friendly and professional. I have been taking my cars to them since the facility opened 25 years ago and have always received the best service. Matt is a great manager who will take care of you. Recommended.

Had a problem with my battery and they replaced it and I needed two new tires which they also replaced. (The cost was paid for by Flexdrive, my rental car service. ) DeAngelo, the guy who helped me was very helpful, friendly, and courteous. The service was really good. I was highly satisfied.
