Stopped in to get my tires rotated and balanced. From hello, Spencer was amazing, and welcoming. He was very thorough in his description of what services I did and did NOT need. He complimented me on the upkeep of my vehicle, offered a few suggestions for maintenance, but nothing outrageous. He explained everything he suggested and if it was an urgent need or something I can hold off for a bit. Spencer and Marcus took great care of my vehicle and they've definitely earned a new customer! Spencer was very cordial and made it easy for me to purchase four new tires for our Toyota Highlander. He explained the front end alignment report thoroughly. He also personally checked and established the proper tire pressure in the spare tire. Also, Marcus, removed corrosion from the battery terminals and sprayed anti-corrosion solution on them. I’ve been a Good Year customer for over 40 years and appreciate the service. Thank you!

Spencer Brown has OUTSTANDING customer service skills. He is very knowledgeable and take his time explaining what the service includes that will be done on your vehicle. He treat every customer that walked through GoodYears doors the same; with a smile and how can I help you. It was breathtaking to watch a young man with courtesy and politeness with a warm smile. Mike the manager as well. Mike insure his mechanic is doing an exceptional job by spot checking an assisting his mechanic if needed. The mechanic Marcus did an excellent job on the Service of my vehicle. I will recommend this Goodyear Location to family and friends. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK!!!!

The service at this location has always been great; however the waiting area and restroom are filthy beyond belief. The waiting area seats are soiled and the management and staff seem’s to act like this is normal it’s not. This Goodyear’s is near my home; however, I might have to take my business elsewhere because I deserve better when I patronize this location. I deserve a clean waiting area when I pay my hard earn money to have my car serviced. On a scale of 1-10 for service I will rate them a 9, but on sanitation and cleanliness they rate at a zero(0). I gave them 1 star because the zero option wasn’t available.

When I came out from work, my front left tire was completely flat. My insurance includes roadside service (thank goodness bc I recently had knee surgery and cannot get down to change a tire) so I was able to get the spare tire settled quickly. I called Goodyear in Grayson because I have consistently received above and beyond service (they do not make recommendations you don't need (and I know this bc I shopped around for brakes)). It was late, almost 5pm when I called. I was told they probably wouldn't be able to get my tire patched that evening, but if I left it with them, they would do it first thing in the morning and I could get my tire back on my car. I got there about 530pm. One of the gentlemen at the desk came out and took a look at the tire and said, if you can wait, we can
