Excellent Experience! I can't say enough good things about the amazing service I received from David and the entire team at the garage! I was in a tough spot trying to find a specific set of tires for my Lexus—235/50/21—which turned out to be quite difficult for other dealers to source. However, the team here went above and beyond to locate and install them the very same afternoon! Not only did they handle the tire installation, but they also took care of my front brakes. When I mentioned I was leaving for Miami the next day, they graciously offered to stay past closing hours to ensure everything was done on time. Advanced auto was installing a battery for me and accidentally broke the positive terminal on my battery. They were unable to fix it on the spot so they sent me to the Goodyear at 1740 S. 3rd St. where Caleb was able to squeeze me in quickly which enabled me to make my meeting. Great customer service and I look forward to moving my future business to this location.

Caleb is running a great shop and truthfully I’ve never experienced this level of service in the auto repair industry. They did what I asked and didn’t try selling me on a bunch of “emergencies”. Quick in and out, great communication, and overall it was very apparent they care about what they do. Keep up the good work!

Exceptional service provided by Caleb and Chris yesterday when I had my tires rotated and balanced, and again today when I brought my car in for the 130K service. They were quick, efficient, courteous and professional. They got my car in as soon as I arrived, at the appointment time, and within 45 minutes the work was finished! I've been using this particular store for a number of years, but was most impressed with this recent visit. I'll be back.
