Inconsistency leading to disappointment. I was referred to Goodyear on 20th street by a family member who sends over his business fleet vehicles. I have multiple company vehicles and a car enthusiast, which leads me visiting shops for routine maintenance and repairs frequently. I had planned to try a few services, then shift most of my needs to them if it went well. I believe my first personal vehicle serviced was an oil change on my Mini Cooper. Returning home, I noticed oil drips on the floor that caused some alarm. This vehicle had been dry prior, and surprised more when the oil appeared dark on the dipstick after the change. The car was immediately returned and I was informed that the service was performed as stated, but it was the technician’s “last day, and he got lazy”, but didn’t

Bought tires there years ago. Need a Radiator flush now. They told me the flush wouldn't help. Very helpful. THANK YOU VERY MUCH. 👍 Will be needing four New Good Year Wrangler HP 265/70/17 soon. The Old one's lasted for several years. Hope the New ones last as long. Staff is very helpful. 👍

I paid $330 total for a tire (that would have been $275 total at Reeves) and you couldn't put my spare back in the compartment??? 🙄
