Updated: Goodyear came thru and took responsibility for the damaged wheel and trim. My faith has been restored and I will be back next time I’m shopping for tires. Thanks John and Rubin! Beware- Not the same quality work or integrity. Refused to accept wheel damage and crack. I’ve used this location for at least 3 sets of tires in the past 7 years. After putting a 2nd replacement set of Assurance WeatherReady on our Highlander, it came back with a large gouge and stress crack on a wheel. The manager and district manager refused to accept responsibility. I know it’s hard to find and keep good workers, but Goodyear needs to stand behind their work. Now I’m having an auto body shop repair it and will pursue small claims.

This location is extremely disappointing. The front desk employee I dealt with today was sullen and rude—so much so that another customer was in the middle of complaining about him to a different employee as I was leaving. I came in for a new tire. When I picked up my car, I asked if all the tire pressures had been checked and was told they had, since it’s “part of the service.” Yet when I got in and checked the sensor information, all the pressures were off. They should have been set to 35 PSI: the new tire was at 37, the others were 31, 32, and 33. Clearly, it wasn’t done. Running a brand-new tire at the wrong pressure can cause damage, and now I’m left wondering if the balancing was even completed—though the paperwork says it was. After calling around 7 different Good Years this location got me in the same day to change a flat tire. They were very friendly and would use this location again in the future for any future work.

I had a terrible experience here. I went in for an oil change and I had to wait 3 plus hours while the staff seemed like they were horsing around and there was literally no other cars in there. I was told it would be less than an hour and kept having to get there attention to remember me. I had asked for them to change my wipers as well, which I received a " no problem". The staff was nice I might add. When the oil change was done the attendant said he didn't have my wipers in stock, i thought that was odd but needed to go. I told him I have to go and then they said 'OK you're car is ready'. A half mile down the road I decided to wipe my windshield and when i turned on the wipers the wipers scratched my windshield because the attendants did not reattach my wipers. When i returned mad

It's a shame that your customer service people at the desk we're trying to rip people off for tires that they don't actually need that's very bad customer service
