While traveling through town, I started having issues with what I thought were my tires. I found the location easily through a "car shop near me", called the location and spoke with Bill. Saying that I was from out-of-town and needed continue on my way, he said to just drive by and they would work me in. When I arrived, Bill was not available but he had told the staff that I would be there and my issue. WOW!!! Was I taken care of! I was greeted immediately, they were aware of my concerns and started right away. After 45 minutes, they resolved the issue and sent me on my way. My mind was relieved to have had a more than thorough review of my car, my concerns were addressed in a friendly and professional way, and I felt that they were genuinely concerned that I drive away in a safe v

I had an excellent experience here! I arrived with only 30-40 minutes before closing, and George and his crew were incredibly fast and efficient in changing my tire. They handled everything smoothly and professionally, wasting no time. My wife took her 2009 toyota rav to fix her tire that was losing pressure and fix alignment.. Her dash board had only a tire pressure light on but she was give back her car with nothing fixed and a engine light on too. Guys beware of this location they will damage your car so as to get money from you.

George was very courteous, explained the work that needed to be done, took my vehicle as a walk-in, was fair and honest. Great customer service.

Had a gash in my tire from a road hazard on Sunday. Went to one Goodyear and they could not get the tire until 3pm which would have been an issue with my travel plans. Came to the Goodyear in Malden and had a great experience. I arrived around 8am, with 6 cars ahead of me. The manager Bill knew I had a time crunch. He got me in and out in less than 2 hours with no appointment. Thanks Bill!
