Goodyear Auto Service

Please beware this shop blew our range rover engine for a simple oil change in july and has yet to resolve the solution. Our vehicle is literally still sitting there a black range rover. Contacted corporate as well. Please be careful and do your do diligence with making sure they actually do the oil change and replace the oil. Our truck did not even make it down the street before it locked up and had to be towed by them back the dealer!!!! Beware!!!!

Lisa is amazing. I came in on last week to get a tire replaced and from the moment I spoke with her on the phone she was very pleasant going so far as to tell me that the service could be done in a certain amount of time because they were slow that day. In fact I came in again because I needed a tire sensor a week later and Muhammad the store manager was amazing as well he definitely leads by example. I will be back for sure to get the other tire sensors replaced.

Got a performance upgrade on the brakes. Did a lot of research for me but did a wonderful job. Very pleased recommend anybody to come here for all your automotive needs

I normally don’t do reviews but I think this is needed for this place to get better with its customers service. First CarMax set me an appointment on Friday for a 8:30 am Monday appointment with Goodyear on Wells Rd in Orange Park Florida. I get around 8:15 am then after I realize around 10:15 my car just been sitting in the air I asked is there a problem with my car their response is they’re doing a diagnostic test mind you I went in for a leak in my tire and to fix a my passenger headlight. Then they tell me they’re waiting on CarMax to approve them to work on it after 2 hours I call CarMax myself at 12:00 pm explain the situation they told me they will contact Goodyear to see what’s the problem.
